Manage your Scripter account, professional details, and clinic information.

Account Sections

Quick Access

Navigate to Account from the sidebar to access:

• Profile Tab: Personal and professional information
• Verification Tab: Upload and manage verification documents
• Legal & About Tab: Privacy policy, terms, and app version

Profile Information

Personal Details

• Title (Dr, Mr, Ms, Mrs, Mx, etc.)
• First name, middle name, last name
• Post-nominal qualifications (BVSc, MVS, etc.)

Professional Information

• Qualifications (Veterinarian, Pharmacist, Other)
• Registration number
• Registration state (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT)

Clinic Information

• Clinic name
• Full address (street, suburb, state, postcode)
• Contact details (phone, email)

Verification Status

Track your verification progress in the Verification tab:

• Pending: Documents not yet submitted
• Submitted: Under admin review
• Verified: Approved - full access to prescriptions
• Rejected: Resubmit updated documents

Account Security

Password

• Change your password anytime
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable password manager integration

Email

• Primary contact for account notifications
• Used for password resets
• Verification status updates

Two-Factor Authentication

Coming in Phase 2 for enhanced security.

Your account data is:

• Encrypted: In transit and at rest
• Private: Never shared with third parties
• Compliant: Meets Australian privacy standards
• Portable: Export your data anytime (coming soon)

Changes save automatically as you edit fields.

Request a copy of all your data (coming in Phase 2).

Delete Account
