Professional Verification

How to verify your veterinary credentials


What You Need

Prepare these documents before starting the verification process.

Required Documents

  1. Veterinary Registration Certificate

    • Issued by your state veterinary board (e.g., Veterinary Practitioners Board NSW)
    • Must show your current registration number
    • Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (max 10MB)
  2. Government-Issued ID

    • Driver's license or passport
    • Must be current and valid
    • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG (max 10MB)

Verification Process

Upload Documents

  1. Navigate to AccountVerification tab
  2. Click the upload area or drag and drop files
  3. Upload both required documents
  4. Review the files to ensure they're clear and readable

Submit for Review

  1. Click Submit for Verification
  2. You'll receive a confirmation email
  3. Your submission will be reviewed by our admin team

Wait for Approval

  • Typical verification time: 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive an email when your status changes
  • Check your verification status in the Account page

Verification Status

Your account can have one of these statuses:

What You Can Do in Each Status

Pending / Not Submitted

  • ❌ Cannot create prescriptions
  • ✅ Can complete profile information
  • ✅ Can explore the interface
  • ✅ Can upload verification documents

Submitted / Under Review

  • ❌ Cannot create prescriptions
  • ✅ Documents uploaded successfully
  • ✅ Admin team reviewing your credentials
  • ℹ️ Check your verification status page for updates

Verified

  • ✅ Full access to all features
  • ✅ Can create and manage prescriptions
  • ✅ Can export prescriptions to PDF
  • ✅ Professional credentials confirmed

Rejected

  • ❌ Cannot create prescriptions
  • ℹ️ Review feedback on your account page
  • ✅ Can resubmit updated documents
  • 💡 Common issues: blurry images, expired documents, name mismatches

Common Issues

Privacy & Security

Your verification documents are stored securely and used only for identity verification.

  • Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Only administrators can access verification documents
  • Documents are never shared with third parties
  • You can request deletion of your documents at any time

Verification Dashboard

Your Account page shows your current verification status with:

  • Status Badge: Color-coded status indicator

    • 🟡 Pending/Submitted
    • 🟢 Verified
    • 🔴 Rejected/Suspended
  • Documents Uploaded: Checkmark when documents are submitted

  • Submission Date: When you submitted for verification

  • Approval Date: When verification was completed (if verified)

  • Rejection Reason: Specific feedback if documents were rejected

After Verification

Once verified, you can:

  1. Create Your First Prescription

  2. Complete Your Profile

    • Ensure all clinic details are accurate
    • Add any additional professional information
  3. Review Legal Requirements
