Accessing Your Profile

1. Click Account in the sidebar
2. Select the Profile tab
3. Edit fields as needed
4. Changes save automatically

Professional Details

Title

Select your professional title:

• Dr (Doctor)
• Mr, Ms, Mrs, Mx
• Assoc Prof (Associate Professor)
• Prof (Professor)

Name Fields

• First Name: Your given name
• Middle Name: Optional middle name or initial
• Last Name: Surname/family name

These appear on prescription PDFs and in the application.

Qualifications

Post-nominal letters indicating your qualifications:

• BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science)
• MVS (Master of Veterinary Studies)
• PhD
• Multiple qualifications separated by commas

Example: BVSc, MVS, MANZCVS

Registration Information

Qualifications Type

Select your professional classification:

• Veterinarian: Licensed veterinary practitioner
• Pharmacist: Registered pharmacist
• Other: Other professional role

Registration Number

Your state registration number as issued by your veterinary board.

Example: VET12345 (NSW format may vary by state)

Registration State

Australian state or territory of registration:

• NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT

Clinic Information

This information appears on prescription PDFs. Ensure accuracy for professional documentation.

Clinic Name

Official name of your practice or clinic.

Example: Sydney Veterinary Clinic

Address

Complete street address:

• Address Line 1: Street number and name
• Address Line 2: Suite/unit number (if applicable)
• Suburb: Suburb or town
• State: Australian state (NSW, VIC, etc.)
• Postcode: Four-digit postcode

Contact Details

• Phone: Clinic phone number with area code
• Email: Clinic email address

Both appear on prescription PDFs for client and pharmacist reference.

Auto-Population

When creating prescriptions:

• Clinic details automatically fill in
• You can override for specific prescriptions
• Original profile values are preserved

Updating Your Profile

Make Changes

Click into any field and type your updates.

Auto-Save

Changes save automatically after a brief pause.

Confirmation

Watch for the "Saved" indicator confirming your changes.

Profile Completeness

For best results, complete all fields:

Required for prescriptions:

• ✅ Registration number
• ✅ Registration state
• ✅ Clinic name
• ✅ Clinic address

Recommended:

• ✅ Post-nominals
