How to sign in, create an account, and reset your password
Creating Your Account
Visit Scripter
Go to app.scripter.au and click Sign Up.
Enter Your Details
- Email address: Use your professional email address
- Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
Your password should include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols for security.
Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Scripter and click the verification link.
Complete Your Profile
After email verification, you'll be directed to complete your profile with:
- Professional details (title, name, qualifications)
- Registration information (number and state)
- Clinic details (name, address, contact)
Signing In
Go to the Login Page
Visit app.scripter.au
Enter Your Credentials
- Email address
- Password
Access Your Dashboard
After signing in, you'll see your dashboard. If you haven't completed verification, you'll be prompted to upload verification documents.
First Time After Sign In
Unverified Users
If you haven't submitted verification documents, you'll see:
- Verification dashboard with upload prompts
- Limited access to prescription features
- Profile editing capabilities
- Account management options
You must upload and verify your credentials before creating prescriptions.
Verified Users
Once verified, you'll have full access to:
- Prescription dashboard
- Prescription creation and management
- PDF export functionality
- Full account features
Password Reset
Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it:
Request Password Reset
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Instructions
Check Your Email
You'll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Create New Password
- Click the reset link in the email
- Enter your new password twice
- Click Update Password
Sign In
Use your new password to sign in to your account.
Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security. Request a new link if yours has expired.
Session Management
Stay Signed In
Scripter keeps you signed in on trusted devices for convenience.
Sign Out
To sign out:
- Click your profile icon in the bottom left sidebar
- Select Sign Out
Always sign out when using shared or public computers.
Session Expiry
For security, sessions expire after:
- 7 days of inactivity: You'll need to sign in again
- Password change: All sessions are terminated immediately

Security Best Practices
Strong Passwords
Use unique passwords with a mix of characters. Consider using a password manager.
Two-Factor Auth
Enable additional security measures when available (coming soon).
Regular Review
Review account activity regularly and report suspicious activity immediately.
Multiple Devices
You can access Scripter from multiple devices:
- Desktop/Laptop: Full functionality on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
- Tablet: Responsive interface optimized for tablet use
- Mobile: Mobile-friendly interface for on-the-go access
All devices sync automatically. Prescriptions created on one device are immediately available on all devices.
Account Security
To keep your account secure:
- Use a unique, strong password
- Don't share your login credentials
- Sign out on shared devices
- Enable email notifications for account changes
- Report suspicious activity immediately
